MPS is an enhanced search function that allows propertyline™ users to search MPAC's Ontario Assessment Information System at the municipal level. This option, available through Subscription, allows you to specify a range of location addresses and/or property attributes in your search criteria to produce a listing of up to 200 properties. Search parameters include:

-Street Name
-Unit Number
-Property Type / Property Code
-Assessed Value
-Sale Date
-Sale Amount
-Square Footage
-Year Built
Included in the monthly MPS Subscription is unlimited access to the ICI Commercial/Industrial and/or the Basic Reports.
The commercialization of sales information gathered from the Land Transfer Tax Affidavit's within automated areas is the exclusive commercial right of Teranet Inc. and must be relicensed from said company. MPAC is a licensed reseller of this information and has been granted rights to distribute this data.
